EXOTIC DANCE:

This dance is energetic and high octane, all done through HEELS!!! It tests your core muscle strength as well as balance and agility. (Ladies only)

SWING YOGA:

Here ropes and swings are inculcated in poses and stretch patterns inherent in the Yoga genre. There is the tendency to go upside down on occasion as well. A thoroughly engaging workout.
